TREATMENT & SERVICES

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Branches Midtown provides adults with structured daily group therapy and education, as well as weekly individual and family therapy sessions as needed. Dual diagnosis treatment is available for individuals dealing with co-occurring mental health and substance use issues.

Mental health treatment is provided in an interdisciplinary manner, utilizing licensed therapists, a nurse and a psychiatrist. The patient is considered a part of the team in determining treatment goals. The psychiatrist is the leader of the treatment team and oversees all aspects of treatment, including medication management.

Referring professionals are invited to collaborate with the patient and the treatment team. With the patient’s permission, these professionals are continually updated on the patient’s progress and the individual is referred back to the professional for continued follow-up care.

The Partial Hospitalization Program operates Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for general adult mental health.

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Branches Midtown offers treatment for emotional and behavioral problems. This program is designed to provide stabilization and resolution of immediate problem areas. Dual diagnosis treatment is available for individuals dealing with co-occurring mental health and substance use issues.

The family is involved in the treatment process, as we consider family participation to be a vital link in treatment and follow-up care.

An assessment is a private meeting with a qualified mental health professional. Questions are asked to guide the discussion about the problems at hand. Assessments last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Recommendations will be made to address the identified problems, and options for treatment will be provided.

We accept most insurance, personal and business checks, all major credit cards and can also make individual payment arrangements.

Although there are specific signs and symptoms to identify mental health problems, each situation is different. We suggest you speak with a professional to discuss your concerns.

Remember to take all suicidal comments or actions seriously. If you are concerned about the possibility of suicide, please contact Branches Midtown or Millwood Hospital immediately, or go to the nearest emergency room. In the event of any medical emergency, call 911 or go directly to a hospital emergency room.

If you think that you or a loved one needs help with a mental health or substance use problem, call us today: 844-963-HOPE.
